Congratulations!  You and your quilting ladies have been chosen to receive the NSDAR Community Service Award for Patriotic Service by an Organization.  This is for your support of all veterans by the making and presenting of Quilts of Valor.  The Aurora Chapter DAR will be presenting the award at their DAR luncheon meeting, at 12 Noon,  on Saturday, May 12, 2018.  The meeting will be held at Whitetail Ridge Golf Club, 7671 Clubhouse Drive, Yorkville, Illinois.  Their phone number is 630-882-8988.  Please let me know how many of your quilting group will be attending.  We will be ordering lunch from a limited menu and will be given individual tickets.  The cost of the luncheon is approximately $15.00.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.  I will be presenting the award.  It was good seeing you at the VFW on March 20th.  Thank you to all of you for your service.
